Patrick McWink (he/him) is guided by a deep reverence for the intelligence of the human body and the unseen wisdom of the natural world. He approaches his work with presence, curiosity, and an embodied connection, trusting that healing unfolds when we feel safe enough to meet ourselves fully.
Certified through the SoundMind Institute, Patrick’s education spans Psilocybin, MDMA, Mescaline, Ketamine, and LSD, complemented by immersive trainings with Indigenous teachers in Peru and Costa Rica. These lineages, along with his own, have shaped his grounded, heart-centered approach rooted in humility, respect and divine reverence for the medicines themselves.
As co-founders of Alringo, Patrick and his husband weave education, meditation and integration practices to help others build a relationship with their inner guidance. Clients describe him as “grounded, warm, and intuitive,” with a gift for balancing play and depth in transformative spaces.
Beyond facilitation, Patrick draws on his background in event production, yoga instruction, and real estate community-building to create spaces for connection and growth. Rooted in service and inspired by grace, his work invites others to embody intention, integrity and wonder.

Alison (she/her) has always been inspired by the wisdom of the natural world, which has been her greatest teacher since childhood. Anna (she/her) blends modern science and ancient wisdom to support clients in deep healing and transformation. She has also trained and facilitated in Mexico, where her work with traditional healing ceremonies continues to shape her reverent approach.

Jake (he/him) sees people in a way they rarely experience– genuine, present, and curious. He specializes in supporting first-time or psychedelic-novice individuals build intentional practices for life. He also works especially well with post-stroke survivors and mission-driven professionals navigating burnout, misalignment, or major transitions.
Before facilitation, Jake built a career in tech ethics and compliance. Having lived within high-pressure cultures, he now helps professionals renew purpose, expand creativity, and make ethically grounded decisions.
A stroke survivor himself, Jake has experienced the transformative healing power of these medicines in his recoveries. As founder of the non-profit Psychedelic Stroke Institute, he champions education and safe, productive use– while recognizing that these practices are not always the right fit for every moment.
He supports those feeling stuck, metabolizing grief, or sensing spiritual fatigue, while always honoring the lighter dimensions of this work: play, insight, and creative joy. His approach blends traditional training from Central and South America with Western methodologies through the SoundMind Institute.

Ulysses (he/him) was introduced to plant & fungi teachers through elders in his life. He has developed a long-lasting relationship with plant and fungi teachers in community. He always acknowledges the original stewards of these medicines and understands that it is thanks to mother earth, and the Mazatec and indigenous communities that we can embrace the mushroom, or rather let it embrace us. His approach is person centered and allows clients to feel safe and welcomed into this opportunity.
Ulysses took the first psychedelic studies course at Northern Illinois University EPFE 420, and continued to complete a Masters of Social Work degree at The University of Illinois at Chicago. He has completed trainings on MDMA, Ketamine and Psilocybin assisted psychotherapy. His intention is to create a bridge between the clinical and ceremonial approaches to this work.
Ulysses is ecstatic about this work and feels a great amount of privilege to support individuals in seeking support from psilocybin assisted psychotherapy.
